The act of impregnating a female by having one of her egg cells fertilized. Only use this tag if impregnation is visually shown (e.g. via X-Ray, or a pregnant belly or baby after a timeskip) or if it's heavily implied in the dialogue (e.g. the girl saying that it's a very dangerous day for her). DON'T use it if one of the characters just shouts "Get pregnant" or "I will get pregnant!" at the end.
